TLC from MAXX Performance is a heavy duty traffic lane prespray and degreaser that doesn’t contain butyl.  It’s also highly concentrated and economical.  Originally formulated to clean restuarant kitchen tiles and then modified for TCS this prespray is a great choice for large volume cleaning.

MAXX TLC is safe enough to use in a house with newer carpet, but strong enough to use in a fast-food chain’s dining room.  Mild odor – Maximum performance.
